Privacy Policy

This policy explains what justammo.com ("we," "us") collects through this website and how we use it. Right now the site is a launch page with an email signup form, and this policy covers that. We'll update it before we launch more features.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your email address and, if you choose, the calibers you shoot and your state.
- Retailer listing requests: if you use our retailer form, your store name, store website, contact name, and email, plus any phone number, product feed or affiliate network, and notes you add. We use these only to contact you about listing your store.
- Signup details: the date and time you signed up, the page you signed up from, and a one-way hashed (scrambled) version of your IP address. We use the hash only to prevent spam and abuse, and we don't store your raw IP address with your signup.
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operations.
This site doesn't use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party scripts, and it doesn't set cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.
How we use it
- To email you about the justammo.com launch and send occasional updates about the service and ammo prices.
- To decide which calibers and regions to cover first, and to tailor launch deals and hide offers that won't ship to you, using the optional calibers and state you share.
- To protect the signup form from spam and abuse.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don't share it with anyone except service providers who help us run the site and send email (such as our web host and, in the future, an email-delivery service), and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Unsubscribing and your choices
Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to unsubscribe you, to see the information we hold about you, or to delete it, by contacting us at the address below. We'll handle your request promptly.
How long we keep it
We keep your signup information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the purposes above.
Security
Signup data is stored on our hosting account in a location that isn't publicly accessible. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Age
This site is intended for adults 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
